Scotch College

Scotch College, Swanbourne, now a multi-campus independent Uniting Church early learning, primary, and secondary day and boarding school for boys, was founded in 1897 by the Presbyterian Church of Australia.

The Alexander Scotch College.

The school began in 1896 with a donation of £500 offered to David Ross, the Moderator of the WA Presbyterian Church. The first location of the school was in the Shearer Memorial Hall, now the Perth Trades Hall. It was originally named The Alexander Scotch College.
