His Majesty's Hotel

2-8 Mouat St, 1890, designed by T. Anthoness, built by Taylor.

The original hotel on the site at 2-8 Mouat St was called His Lordship's Larder. The current building, His Majesty's Hotel - now ND36, the School of Education, part of the NDU, like most of the buildings in these six city blocks of the West End of Fremantle - was briefly called by the former name after its renovation for the Americas Cup defence.
