Locke Park is named for Herbert J. Locke, Mayor of East Fremantle 1924-31, 1934-44, as is Locke Crescent.

It is on the corner of Moss and Fletcher Streets, and is part of an A-class reserve bordered by Moss, Fletcher, Allen, and Marmion Streets. It includes Locke Park, Sumpton Green Community Centre, East Fremantle Playgroup, East Fremantle Oval , East Fremantle Bowling Club, and East Fremantle Croquet Club.efoval
